| Assessment and Planning |

Quality solutions can only be achieved through a close collaborative effort with our clients.
During the Assessment and Planning phase we thoroughly analyze your business processes, determine additional business requirements and review your target audience. We will work with you to understand your business goals and establish clear and achievable objectives.
The result of this phase is a clear project plan in terms of objectives, strategy, scope and release-wise deliverables. At this point we will also be able to provide you with a cost and a delivery date.

| Design and Prototype |
|
|
Once the project objectives have been finalized, we design the functional, technical and graphical components. We will work with you to refine these components until you are satisfied that they meet the objectives set in the previous phase. In some instances we may also build a partial prototype for you to test some of the concepts, navigation and functionality. A key component of this phase is clear communication of assumptions, issues and project status.
This phase is an iterative process where we test the technology components, review the design and presentation and test the functionality (if applicable).

| Development |

|
During the development phase, we complete the navigation, add the detailed text and develop the programming code required to support the functionality of the web site or application. We also thoroughly test the web site or application to ensure that it is functioning properly and all the objectives have been met.
This is also an iterative process to make sure you are satisfied that the web site or application completely meets your specifications and expectations.
The result of this phase is a fully functional web site or application ready to be deployed.

| Implementation |

|
Once you have signed-off on the completion of the objectives, we will deploy the solution to either the World-Wide-Web or your Intranet. We will also perform final system tests to make sure that it functions exactly as expected and all deliverables have been met.
As part of this phase, we will also ensure that you know how to use, manage and maintain your web site or application. If established in the project plan, we will also provide formal training and provide you with formal documentation.

| Stabilization |
|
|
Following the deployment of you web site or application we will monitor usage and performance to make sure that it meets the original objectives. We will
analyze the results and if necessary make adjustments.
Only once you are completely satisfied will we determine the project to be completed.
